Strongsville Hobby has been a family owned and operated business for 24 years in Strongsville, but now, we are moving to a new store location in Elyria. In the chestnut commons next to the largest reatail store in the world (SUPER WAL-MART).

We will still have our great family friendly service and with all of our knowledge of the hobby business that we have built up over 20 years. We are a brick and morder store that started from a car mechanic with a dream of having a store to supply the community with all types of hobbys to start or to build on.

We started out being mostly trains but now that we spend so much time selling trains on the road we have made the store a more equal leveled store that has all your needs.We focus on having a little bit of everything like models, planes, trains, slot cars, rc cars, boats, diecast and rockets.

Even though our goal is to have a little bit of everything we usually have more then any other store and know more about each and every hobby item we sell. We work on rc cars and trucks and only supply the best of the best from traxxas to ofna, and x-ray. We service your rc trucks and we help you understand them and never leave you in the dark. We strive to be honest and straight forward with our customers about all things hobby. We support the local boy scouts and schools with donations and discounts to help foster the love of hobbys. We know this is a hobby for young and old, so thats why we focus on everything from rc hobbys to year round fun like slot cars and model building.

From the very start we have been a REAL hobby shop and we will continue to be that for years to come in our new location but,with a new look and expantion of our products but, never forgetting what helped us get where we are today, and thats the customer.
